Dave, Do we know If both places are still requiring in Person sign ups? Hss there been any talks about this? So they still want everyone to travel to Vegas to sign up? Any talk about signing up online(still using Proxy services for weekly picks) but registering online and eliminating the travel for in person registration- Just wondering......

No changes in rules...must sign up in person...Circa is now taking entries at their valet drive-through at Golden Gate (assume proxy has to be in vehicle with you as haven't heard anyone specifically signing up this way yet).

Highly doubt they'd change any of these rules no matter what (certainly not online registration from out of state). Sure wish they would (just like I wish Nevada would allow account wagering sites for horse racing)...but it would be unprecedented.

Dave do you believe the college contests (Golden Nugget, William Hill) will happen in some form?

Golden Nugget (which includes both college and pro with 7 picks per week) already opened before the casinos were shut down, so I'm assuming it will open again. Haven't heard about William Hill yet, but they're usually late in opening registration and I would assume they'll wait to make sure college season will go on as scheduled. Probably no definite answer until August (besides, they're more interested in in-state entries as opposed to the others that rely more on out-of-state entries with proxies).

It's a no for me for any football contest in Vegas for 2020.
            Too much uncertainty.

I'm afraid a ton of people are thinking the same...had to put down that much money (not to mention airfare, hotel rooms, proxy fees, etc. for people flying in to sign up). Cautiously optimistic that a ton of people will sign up at the last minute once they're sure season is starting on time and they believe they'll have a better shot with potentially smaller fields. We'll see.

The state I live in MA has a travel advisory. You travel to a state that COVID levels are above 5 percent. When you arrive back you either stay home for 2 weeks or have in your possession a COVID test taken within 72 hours of your arrival back home and the test being negative. NFL will play this season. Maybe 8 games they get in for the season.

Draft Kings is having a contest in the states of NJ and NH. Participant skips 2 weeks of picks. Any week they choose and week 17. Picks due no later than 1PM eastern time. If one picks the Thursday Night Football game, the remaining four picks don’t need to be picked until Sunday. The entry fee is $1,500.There is a guaranteed $2 million prize pool, with the chance to go up depending on number of entrants. First place wins 50 percent of the prize pool, with a minimum prize of $1 million. Second place claims 12.5 percent of the pool, with a minimum prize of $250,000. Third place claims 6.25 percent of the pool, with a minimum prize of $125,000. The top 50 contestants win money, with 36th through 50th taking home 0.125 percent of the pool, at a minimum of $2,500.Every week a user correctly picks all five games, they will earn a $100 free bet.

If the season starts after September 13th, the entry deadline and start of the season will shift with that date.

Payouts: if the NFL cancels the season after 12 weeks have been completed, DraftKings will pay out the winners. If the NFL cancels the season before 12 weeks have been completed, DraftKings will refund entry fees.

Standings: If the season is canceled after 12 weeks but before 16 weeks, the final standings will be based on percentage of correct picks rather than total correct picks since some people will have used one or both of their bye weeks.

Should be interesting to see how many signups they get including individuals that live near borders of NJ and NH
