I just looked, and for what its worth, my county, Franklin County, is home to around 1.3 million people as of last year. I actually think its higher myself, but those are the numbers I'm going off of. We have just over 2,000 reported cases in the county, for a percentage of .002%. Our county death total is 57, so a percentage of .03%.

Our Governor yesterday started to open some things back up starting this Friday (elective surgeries, dental offices, vet offices). Next Monday, manufacturing and construction can open back up. Followed by retail on MAy 12th. The biggest change for us is that beginning on May 12th we will now be required to wear face coverings when going to any store or retail facility. Right now it is just "encouraged", which I have not be doing myself. There is still no word on restaurants, bars, gyms, daycare centers, etc on when they may open.
