Kinda hung up on a couple of chalk bouts here as I don’t see any plus money fights I really like.
Marlon “Chito” Vera -240 vs. Dominick Cruz
One up and coming fighter vs a former champion. There’s a lot of people jumping back on the Cruz train after his two most recent wins over Pedro Munhoz and Casey Kenney. However; Vera really impressed me with his most recent win over an excellent striker in Rob Font. Cruz has the advantage if this fight goes to the mat, but Cruz prefers to stand, which is good news for Chito.

Bruno “pitbull” Silva -300 vs Meerschaert
Silva always has to overcome a sizable height/reach advantage, but it never seems to affect him. He was on a three fight win streak prior to losing a tough decision to up and coming super star Alex Pereira. Meerchaert, on the other hand, was on a three fight win streak of his own, prior to losing a tight decision to Krystof Jotko. This should be a very close fight, but I’m not so sure Meerschaert can handle Silvo’s cardio or his relentless pressure.
