2023 waste Management Phoenix Open

The most entertaining tournament of the year and the first of the new designated/elevated events with bigger prize pools and the best of the best PGA players in this field. Also concludes shortly before kickoff of the big game in the host city for the Superbowl. I am jealous of everyone who will be in Phoenix this week. Any number of players could win this week, I thought there was some value with following.

Not being a golf aficionado what first occurred to me when I saw “Waste Management Phoenix Open” was competitive shit shoveling. Imagine my disappointment.

There are many guys worth a look this week. It is a Masters type field. Have to narrow down. There are some great players with very nice odds available this week. Good luck!

Yes, it's a tremendous field and the weather should be terrific. Get a little tired of all the drunken debauchery on that par 3 but I'm more of a golf purist (not prude 😁) Have you ever thought of placing your wagers after the cut?

Every once in a while I will add a play or 2 after the cut, it is probably something I should be looking at more, as players come from way back over the course of the 2 days to win much more often than in the past. I hit Scheffler this tournament last year @28/1 and he was 9 back I believe after Friday. Had a monster Saturday and then went on to win in a playoff.

Homa and higgo this week. Betting after the cut is tough to get any kind of odds u have to be 7 or so back. I don't deal with anyone who can track me, fan duel, draft kings, etc. Still got my flipper n does what a phone was meant.

I love this tournament but they need to make an adjustment for next year. No way so many players should have to finish rounds in the morning. Sungjae had a scorching round going yesterday. He was 6 under thru 12. Then had to stop. Started off this morning with 3 straight bogeys, obviously in much defferent conditions than yesterday afternoon.
