  • NFC North Division

Is there anybody on VFV that thinks that the Detroit Lions willl not win the NFC North Division?

I have Detroit at odds of +135, +140, +150 and +155 for about 4k wagered.
I have another 1k wagered on winning the NFC at odds of 10/1, 11/1, 12/1 and 13/1. current odds at Westgate are 8/1
Have another $400 on winning the Super Bowl at 30/1 odds. current odds vary between 20/1 to 25/1.

So, nobody has the guts to express an opinion on the NFC North?

Not sure it's a matter of guts as much it is just not a hot topic in May.

As the favorite, I will say that the fighting Campbell's will find a way to mess it up. I'll go Vikings +360.

Good luck with your pick though

As for May, after the basketball tournament I concentrate on the coming college and NFL football seasons. I do not follow baseball, hockey nor the NBA.

I'll take Chicago. I think Fields is gonna take another step forward. And Goff has zero mobility and is susceptible to injury with his immobility. This division is going to be very competitive imho. Good luck.

Regular season win totals at Westgate:

                    Detroit Lions 9.5 ov-140 & un+120
                    Chicago Bears 7.5 ov-120 & un +100
                    Green Bay Packers 7.5 ov+100 & un-120
                    Minnesota Vikings 8.5 ov-135 & un+115

So, you can see that the Lions are favored to win the most games and therefore the NFC North Division.

So the difference top to bottom is 2 wins. This is going to be a competitive division. Whole lot different when you are the hunted and not the hunter.

They've certainly trending in the right direction, and I've cashed a shitload of times on them in underdog role...but we'll see how they handle being the favorite and having a bulls-eye on their back. Not always easy to take that final step against teams that have had your number for so long.
