Here's a few spot plays this afternoon:

Pimlico Race No. 8 (4:06 p.m. ET/1:06 p.m. PT)

DaveTuley likes #8 Creative Cairo (12-1 morning line)...not a strong opinion, but looks like a value play. Connections thought enough of her to try Grade 3 last November, so hopefully fits in this $100,000 stakes. BrisNet says "turf speed is fastest among today's starters," so I'll take double-digit odds to Win and Place.

Belmont at the Big A (5:21 p.m. ET/2:21 p.m. PT)

DaveTuley likes #5 Highland Grace (5-1 morning line)...favored Eternal Hope looks tough but I'll take shot on this late-developing 3-year-old daughter of American Pharoah if we can get 5-1 for our money. Should be able to sit comfortably off the face and be poised for big move in the stretch under Javier Castellano.

Good call D about the pick 5 and yeah I play it often on NYRA circuit .tbh I dropped the ball yesterday on it bc I was consumed on football (dumb move) and all I really liked was the #5 in the last and thought it was goin to be super chalky(wrong) with the six in the ninth race .so I just played that pic 4 and had 20wp on the 5 in the last,was jumpin back and forth on football.

Race 5 msw 1 1/16 turf..#5 charging fast prat/brown 1st timer..I think there’s alot of speed in this race ,I see prat getting a stalkin trip..the distance should be no problem (out of take charge Indy )

Good luck. I'm using that one as well. In Canada we have to bet a $0.60 pick 5. In the early P5 I did 1,2,6/2,5/1,2,6/1,1A,4/3,5,6 cost $64.80. Could've thrown in a single or two but decided to spread. Might be s chalky sequence. GL.
